Terms of service

These terms apply to Auxy Pro, the workshop system provided by Autotek USA Inc. (Delaware) and operated by Autotek FZCO (Dubai CommerCity). They add to Autotek's general terms at autotek.io/terms; where the two differ on Auxy Pro, these terms apply. By using Auxy Pro, you accept them on behalf of your workshop.
The service
Auxy Pro helps a workshop run its work: check-in, job cards, parts and quotes, the floor, invoices and payment records, follow-ups, bookings, accounts, insurance jobs, its numbers, and messages with its customers, including from the workshop's own WhatsApp Business number.
Accounts
- The workshop owner opens the workshop's account and decides who joins it and in which role.
- Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what is done under your workshop's accounts.
Your workshop's responsibilities
- The workshop is responsible for its own customers' data in Auxy Pro: for having the right to hold it, and for answering its customers' requests about it.
- Before messaging a customer, the workshop must have that customer's agreement to be messaged, and must honour a request to stop.
- The workshop keeps its own legal and tax records. Auxy Pro's starting terms for a workshop's customers are a starting point, not legal advice.
- A workshop connects its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's own screens. The number and its WhatsApp account belong to the workshop.
- The workshop accepts Meta's terms and the WhatsApp Business policies, holds its own account with Meta, and pays Meta's message fees directly to Meta.
- Auxy Pro sends only the messages the workshop asks it to send, and shows the workshop its customers' replies. The workshop can disconnect its number in Auxy Pro or remove Auxy Pro in its Meta business settings at any time.
- Meta may limit or stop a number under its own rules; Auxy Pro shows the workshop what Meta reports.
Acceptable use
Do not use Auxy Pro to send unwanted messages, to break any law, to reach another workshop's data, or to interfere with the service.
Fees
Auxy Pro is paid by subscription, billed through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. Message fees charged by Meta are separate and paid to Meta.
Your data
Your workshop owns its data. You give Autotek the right to hold and process it only to provide Auxy Pro to you, as set out in our privacy policy. The owner or an admin can take a copy of the workshop's records and check-in photos out of Auxy Pro at any time. WhatsApp conversations and signatures are not in that copy yet: ask us for them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Auxy Pro available and correct, but it is provided as it is, and we may change or improve it. Values the system works out are shown as estimates for a person to set; the workshop decides what it charges and sends.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Autotek's total liability to a workshop is limited to the greater of the fees the workshop paid for Auxy Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Law
As in Autotek's general terms: for workshops served by Autotek FZCO, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai; for workshops served by Autotek USA Inc., the laws of Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We will post any change on this page with a new date, and tell workshop owners when a change matters to them.
